Campaign Period:

The Black Friday campaign for free immigration consultations will be in effect from November 13th , 2023, to November 17th, 2023.

Eligibility:

This offer is available for both new and existing clients who schedule a phone consultation for a new case during the campaign period. The promotion is only valid for consultations conducted in person at our offices in Coral Gables and Estero.

Reservations and Availability:

Free consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Availability will be based on the lawyer’s schedule from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

*There will be no public appointments on Thursday, November 23th, and Friday, November 24th, but reservations can be made for Monday, November 27th.

Limitation of Free Consultations:

Each eligible client is entitled to one (1) free consultation during the campaign period.

Exclusions:

The offer does not cover legal representation, document filing, or any other services beyond the initial consultation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their free consultation.

Right to Modification:

The lawyer reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

Confidentiality:
All information provided during the free consultation is subject to confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

Limitation of Liability:

The lawyer is not responsible for decisions made by clients based solely on the free consultation. The consultation does not constitute comprehensive legal advice.

Use of Personal Data:

Personal data collected during the reservation of the free consultation will be used solely for scheduling and client contact purposes.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

Any dispute arising from or related to this campaign will be subject to the laws FL H.B. 969 and FL S.B. 1734 and will be resolved through arbitration.
